LIFE COACHING
Life Coaching for Young Adults (16–30y/o)
We all need guidance—and the journey to adulthood is no exception. At DH Elevation Consulting, we walk alongside young adults, helping them clarify goals, develop strategic plans, and take intentional steps toward success. Our coaching is designed to empower young adults to navigate life with confidence, purpose, and resilience.
Our 8-week Life Coaching programs focus on:

Facilitating internal growth—building self-awareness, confidence, and decision-making skills

Supporting external development—enhancing communication, relationships, and life management skills

Senior Year Prep™ (SYP) Ages 16–18
Designed to prepare high school juniors for their senior year and seniors for life after graduation, equipping them for academic, personal, and career success.
The College Check-Up™ Ages 17–24
An assessment-driven coaching program that promotes critical thinking, dialogue, and healthy development throughout the college experience, helping students navigate academic and social challenges while preparing for post-college success.
Shaping His/Her Intentions for Today & Tomorrow (S.H.I.F.T.T.)™ – Ages 16–30
For young adults not currently in high school or college, this program fosters effective decision-making, communication, goal-setting, and independent living skills—the essential “Adulting” toolkit.
