As the founder and CEO of DH Elevation Consulting (DHE), she brings over 30 years of coaching, training, facilitation, motivational speaking, and leadership experience to individuals, families, and organizations across the globe.

Dr. Lisa is a Human & Organizational Development Strategist and the creator of four signature mentor, coaching, and curriculum programs. She combines research-driven, outcome-focused strategies with practical insights and a touch of humor, making her coaching and training both engaging and transformational.

Whether in a 1-on-1 coaching session, a group program, or through her book, “Her 12th Year: She’s Not So Little Anymore”, you’ll find Dr. Lisa relatable, transparent, and full of actionable resources. She takes pride in walking alongside clients as they take the targeted actions today to achieve the dreams of tomorrow.

Mark H. Sistrunk brings decades of technical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and training excellence to DH Elevation Consulting (DHE). His career reflects a passion for sharing knowledge, developing talent, and delivering practical solutions across industries.

About Mark

Mark began his entrepreneurial journey as the owner of a multimedia services company serving clients in the Orlando and Atlanta areas, including:

He has also contracted with local Atlanta government organizations to teach computer classes, sharing his knowledge with students ranging in age from 16 to 86 years old. He provided staff development and software application training through programs with Fulton County’s Workforce Development and Department of Aging.

Mark successfully applied his facilitation skills in the healthcare sector, providing Powerscribe training for Dictaphone and Nuance Communications. His clients included:
