With the political and social climate bringing the rights of girls and women to the forefront, it was important for us to ensure our girls are empowered to stand in their basic human rights.
I was led to adapt the wording of our transitional event to the Girl Greatness Rights* of Passage ExperienceTM.
IAGG will continually strive to provide the resources and experiences with the message that “*every girl has the right to live well & thrive.”
We all need guidance. As a life coach for 16-30 year old young adults, I walk alongside my clients to assist in clarifying and identifying goals, developing strategic plans, and taking intentional actions on the path to goal attainment. DHE has 3 Visionary Coaching programs:
Each Life Coaching Curricula centers around an 8-week process designed to support young adults to make the various internal and external shifts for a successful transition into and through adulthood. Our programs provide researched-based and outcome-proven techniques for enhanced personal and interpersonal skill development, in confidence, with a nonjudgmental and listening ear.
Senior Year PrepTM (SYP)- High school 16-18 yr olds: designed to prepare high school juniors for their senior year; and high school seniors for life after graduation day.
The College Check-UpTM– College 17-24 yr olds: an assessment tool and coaching program used to open dialog, promote critical thinking, and provide resources to support healthy development and matriculation during the college years.
Shaping His/Her Intentions for Today & Tomorrow (S.H.I.F.T.T.)TM– 16-30 yr olds not in high school or college: a coaching program to foster their sound decision-making, effective communicating, goal setting, and independent living skills as they move into adulthood, commonly known as Adulting.
Life coaching programs include self-assessments, 75 min. sessions, discover and follow-up sessions, unlimited email communication, trauma coaching, and resource development and sharing.
While it is great to have a beautiful family, be able to build a car from scraps or make lovely fashions, if you don’t know how to relate to others you are likely to find yourself, your relationships, and general interactions in chaos or turmoil.
Not all leaders are born leaders. Leadership is crafted and honed through intentional skill development. As leaders of our own lives, we must lead with purpose. Through facilitation and assessment tools DHE will challenge you to think, create, and behave in decisive ways.
