Dr. Lisa Sistrunk, Ed.D.
Dr. Lisa is the Owner & CEO and Lead Consultant of DH Elevation Consulting (DHE). Dr. Lisa is the creator and developer of 4 mentor/coaching and curricula programs. She has over 30 years of coaching, training, facilitation, motivational speaking, and implementation experience in the fields of human development and leadership. She has extensive training experience in both the public and private sectors.

With over 25 years of expertise in human development and leadership, Dr. Lisa infuses research-driven and outcome-based content with practicality and humor in her coaching, training, and writing. Whether engaging with Dr. Lisa in a 1-on-1 or group session; or reading her first release, “Her 12th Year: She’s not so little anymore”, you will discover her to be relatable, transparent and a wealth of knowledge and resources. She considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients as they take the targeted actions today to fulfill their dreams for tomorrow. Dr. Lisa has honed her craft for supporting individuals, families, and organizations; one client at a time. This has allowed her to be a sought-after source assisting people in developing thriving interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships.
Dr. Lisa obtained her Doctorate of Education from Grand Canyon University, Masters in Adult Education from Central Michigan University, and is a certified Master Trainer for government and nongovernment organizations. Dr. Lisa has been an instructor and guest lecturer in the higher education arena through community colleges and major universities. Serving diverse populations, nationally and internationally, including educators in Puerto Rico and overseas members of the Military Family, is an honor for Dr. Lisa.

Mark Sistrunk
Mark H. Sistrunk, Director of Training Services, started his entrepreneurial journey owning a multimedia services company providing print, web and audio-video services in the greater Orlando and Atlanta areas. Some of his clients included Disney Imagineering, Car & Travel Magazine, Orient Magazine, Craig Cat Catamarans, Rip It Records, 69 Boyz and Jack the Rapper A Family Affair. Mark has contracted with local Atlanta GO’s teaching computer classes to share his vast and diverse technical knowledge and expertise. Working with Fulton County’s Workforce Development program and Department of Aging, Mark’s students ranged in age from 16 to 86 years old. He further provided staff development on software applications.
Expanding his facilitation skills, Mark has found success within the healthcare sector providing Powerscribe training for Dictaphone and Nuance Communications. This clientele included The Mayo Clinic, The VA Healthcare System, Military medical facilities throughout the United States and teaching hospitals at major universities.
Mark joined the DHE Family over 6 years ago and has combined his technology and training skills. He conducts installation, configuration and staff development of automation systems for chain and independent pharmacies. Clients have included Stop and Shop, American Giant, The Medicine Shop and Health Mart. Mark is credentialed in Cisco Systems and EMR Healthcare systems including Epic’s Cupid and Radiant
